The image of a colored object in the focus of a parabolic mirror is deformed and expanded filling with colour the entire surface of the mirror. Starting from this physical phenomenon we designed a silver pendant called Perseo. The inspiration came from the myth of Perseus, the greek demi-god that killed the Medusa using his shield as a mirror. This project has been realized for the exhibition "Italian Design Meets Jewellery."
